When will I find out if my company has won?

The announcement of the winners will be made at the LexisNexis Legal Awards on the 16th April 2026, Park Plaza London Riverbank

What are the timings for the evening of the Awards?

6.30pm - Drinks Reception | 7.15pm - Call to dinner | 7.30pm - Welcome speeches |  7.40pm - Dinner | 9.30pm - Awards commence | 10.30pm - After-awards party | 1.00am - Bars close | 1.30am - Carriages

When will I receive my invitations?

Your invitations will be sent to you one month prior to the Awards, in time for you to send them on to your confirmed guests.

Who do I notify if one of my guests has special dietary requirements?

If you have booked tickets to attend the awards you will be sent an email around four weeks before the event which will include a copy of your digital ticket and a request for guest names and guest dietary/access requirements. All requests must then be submitted to tracey.rushtonthorpe@lexisnexis.co.uk no later than two weeks before the event.

What is your table cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made in writing to the registration contact at the address below.  If you cancel on or before 15^th February 2026 we will refund your booking fee less an administrative charge of 25%.  If you cancel after 15^th February 2026 no refund will be given.

If we cancel the function we will refund all booking fees paid.  We do not, however, accept liability for travelling, accommodation or any other expenses incurred as a result of any cancellation or postponement of the event.

Our liability for loss or damage incurred as the result of cancellation or postponement of the event is limited to the amount of your booking fee.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
